  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted and smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

Let the melted chocolate cool for 1-2 minutes to ensure it doesn’t overly soften the waffle cones.

Hold a waffle cone upright and pour about 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into the cone.
