  • 150 grams Powdered sugar (icing sugar)

  • 100 grams Ground hazelnuts (hazelnut meal)

  • 100 grams Dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 grams Hazelnuts, roughly chopped (for topping)
  • 1 optional Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 12-cup friand or muffin pan and dust lightly with flour. Tap out any excess flour.
