Line an 8x8-inch (20x20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and 200g of the dark chocolate together. Stir frequently until smooth and fully melted.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until well combined.
