In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, place the cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave. Combine the melted butter with the Oreo crumbs in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
Press the Oreo and butter mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form the crust. Place the pan in the freezer to set while you prepare the layers.
