  • 2 bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 papaya (peeled and cubed)
  • 10 wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to steam but does not boil.

Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir with a whisk until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
