  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 grams caster sugar
  • 100 grams plain flour

  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing
  • 1 tablespoon flour for dusting

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).

Grease six individual ramekins with butter, then lightly dust with flour. This will help the cakes release easily.
