  • 2 sheets puff pastry sheets
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lightly dust your work surface with all-purpose flour. Unroll the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.

Place the pastry squares onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
