Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour

  • 0.75 cup Whole milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped mixed nuts (such as walnuts and almonds)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed.
