  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 3 pieces large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 120 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams crisped rice cereal
  • 150 grams milk chocolate chips
  • 120 grams smooth peanut butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and combined.

Gradually stir the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and egg mixture until fully incorporated.
