  • 150 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 whole fresh strawberries (for decoration, optional)
  • 50 grams melted dark chocolate (for drizzling, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
