Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the edges for easy removal later.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar.

Pour the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
