  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar, packed

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Milk (if needed)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
