  • 227 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 180 grams brown sugar, packed

  • 300 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 40 soft caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 100 grams pecan halves
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
