  • 1 cups cherry preserves
  • 1 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cups fresh cherries (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
