  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Orange marmalade
  • 0.75 cup Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh orange zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper for easier removal.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
