Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate medium-sized bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined and slightly frothy.
