Ingredients

  • 3 large Ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and grease it lightly with coconut oil.

Step 2

Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Step 3

Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.

Step 4

Stir in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips to the batter.
