Ingredients

  • 2 large Ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 quarter cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Step 3

Add the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.

Step 4

Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips until a thick batter forms.

Step 5

Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Step 6

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are set and slightly golden.
