  • 60 g Caster sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Double cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Icing sugar (for dusting, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or 350°F. Butter a medium-sized baking dish (roughly 8x8 inches).

Butter each slice of bread generously on one side. Cut the slices into triangles or smaller manageable pieces.

Step 3
