Ingredients

  • 2 rolls Ciabatta bread
  • 4 ounces Cooked turkey breast (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle mayo
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 small (sliced) Tomato
  • 0.25 small (thinly sliced) Red onion
  • 1 handful Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or a stovetop grill pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom. Spread 1 tablespoon of chipotle mayo onto the cut side of each roll half.

Step 3

Layer 2 ounces of cooked turkey breast on the bottom half of each roll.

Step 4

Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the turkey.

Step 5

Place 2-3 slices of tomato, a few thin slices of red onion, and a handful of baby spinach on top of the cheese layer.

Step 6

Close the panini with the top half of the ciabatta roll, chipotle mayo-side down.
