  • 2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Raspberry preserves
  • 2 peppers Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
