  • 2 cups beef or chicken stock
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1
