  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 peppers chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and cover with plastic wrap. Pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

In a small bowl, combine chopped chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
