  • 1 small, thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 ripe, sliced avocado
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Start by marinating the chicken. In a small bowl, mix together the chipotle peppers, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
