  • 1 cup water or chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, place it on a paper towel-lined plate, and set aside. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings in the pan.
