Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 1 large, julienned Carrot
  • 1 medium, sliced Red bell pepper

  • 1 cup, sliced Shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon, grated Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon, optional for garnish Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Prep all vegetables: Cut the broccoli into small florets, julienne the carrot, slice the bell pepper, and trim the snow peas.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and heat until shimmering.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
