  • 2 stalks Scallions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk together until the sugar and cornstarch are fully dissolved, then add the water to the mixture. Set aside.
