Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 stalks Scallions (sliced for garnish)
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice (for serving, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Clean and pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Dissolve the cornstarch into the mixture and set aside.
