Ingredients

  • 500 grams pork tenderloin
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 150 grams snow peas
  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the pork tenderloin into bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with the cornstarch and mix well. Add the pork slices and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove the pork and set aside.
