Ingredients

  • 4 cups Napa cabbage
  • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 4 Green onions
  • 1 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 cup Crispy chow mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the Napa cabbage and red cabbage, and place them in a large salad bowl.

Shred the carrots or julienne them, and add them to the salad bowl.

Slice the green onions thinly, both the white and green parts, and add to the mix.
