Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with neutral cooking oil.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar. Whisk until smooth to create the marinade.

Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish in a single layer and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and allow the chicken to marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature (or longer in the refrigerator if desired).
