  • 0.5 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams snow peas
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Add this mixture to the chicken, toss to coat, and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the sauce by mixing the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and ground white pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
