Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 stalks Scallions, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Add 3 tablespoons of water to the sauce mixture and stir again. Set this sauce aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
