Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium White onion
  • 2 tsp Cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the chicken. Mix well to coat and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3

While the chicken marinates, finely mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and slice the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and white onion into thin strips.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the black pepper, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken broth, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
