Ingredients

  • 400 grams Chinese broccoli (gai lan)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

Directions

Step 1

Wash the Chinese broccoli thoroughly. Trim off the tough ends of the stems and cut into 2-3 inch pieces.

Peel and mince the ginger and garlic.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, water, and cornstarch. Mix well to create the sauce.
