  • 2 Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If desired, separate the drumettes from the wingettes for easier handling.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, and red pepper flakes (if you prefer some heat).
