Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. If they have a tough muscle on the side, remove it by pulling it off gently.
