Ingredients

  • 6 large ripe tomatoes

  • 1 medium red bell pepper

  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley

  • 1 cup cold water

Directions

Step 1

Core and roughly chop the large ripe tomatoes. Peel and dice the medium cucumber. Seed and chop the red bell pepper.
