Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the lentils under cold water and inspect them for any debris or stones.

In a medium saucepan, combine the lentils and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
