Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar

  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and place the chicken breasts into the pot.

Reduce the heat to medium and let the chicken simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
