  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz Canned artichoke hearts
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz Diced green chilies
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, saving the remaining 0.5 cup of mozzarella for topping.
