  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
