  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Tomato slices
  • 12 Pickle slices
  • 8 slices Red onion slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed in the meat.

Divide the seasoned beef into 4 equal portions (about 4 ounces each). Shape each portion into a round patty about ½ inch thick. Use your thumb to make a slight indentation in the center of each patty; this helps them cook evenly.
