  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, beaten egg, 1 minced garlic clove, half the chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and set aside.
