  • 15 ounces Canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounces Canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
