  • 120 milliliters Water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized skillet or saucepan, heat a small amount of water (around 1 tablespoon) over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
