Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Sprinkle them with the baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
