Ingredients

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup canned chili (with or without beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook the hot dogs in the preheated skillet or grill pan for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and evenly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, warm the tortillas for about 15-20 seconds on each side until soft and pliable. Remove and set aside.

Step 4

Prepare the canned chili by heating it in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking.

Step 5

To assemble the wraps, lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of chili down the center of the tortilla.
