  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Cut larger potatoes into halves or quarters to ensure even cooking.
