  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 500 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, about 1 cm wide and 5-6 cm long.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, and salt. Add the chicken strips and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes.
